Pelorus Aviation is investing and driving future clean technology within the sector. This includes chartering Airships for long-range remote expeditions and bringing eVTOLs into the luxury travel and yachting sectors. We believe these revolutionary forms of aviation will usher in a new era of luxury air travel.
Your Mission
As an Aviation Charter Broker, you will be be part of a team responsible for managing Pelorus’ outstanding luxury aviation charters – delivering exceptional, personalised experiences while leveraging innovative, sustainable solutions. You will source and negotiate aircraft options, oversee every detail of the charter process, and build lasting relationships with UHNW/HNW clients, ensuring each experience is meticulously planned, documented, and executed.
The Impact You’ll Create
Contribute to the integration of next-generation aviation technologies, including SAF, Airships, and eVOTLs.
Leverage a robust network of UHNW/HNW clients.
Champion sustainability in the industry by promoting the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel, balancing carbon emissions, and supporting cleaner, future-forward aviation.
Your Responsibilities
Source and negotiate with aircraft operators to secure optimal pricing, availability, and service quality.
Coordinate and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Manage all financial aspects and contractual obligations with both clients and suppliers.
Monitor active charters to ensure seamless, end-to-end execution.
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel advisors.
Provide personalised solutions and exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Manage the CRM data and client records.
What You’ll Bring
You are a high-impact professional with over three years of experience as an Aviation Charter Broker. You have a proven track record of generating revenue and achieving or exceeding targets, and an established network of contacts in the aviation sector. Your mindset it proactive, resourceful, and relentlessly curious.
Strong understanding of charter operations, aircrafts, and regulatory aspects.
Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Logical thinker with a commercial mindset and creative outlook.
Problem solver and solution provider.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment that requires laser-focused prioritisation.
Team player who can also work autonomously.
